Signed Hand Painted Plate with Gorgeous Roses
This plate is lovely....the roses are hand painted delightful colors of pinks, greens, whites and blues...It's signed on the bottom right side but I cannot make out the signature. The back has the marking P309 and has two hangers ( made of china) in which you can put a string through to hang the plate. I measures 10 inches round with no flaws! Simply Devine!
